Uganda Premier League facet Lugazi FC has confirmed captain Richard Ayiko’s contract extension at Lugazi FC.
The growth was confirmed on Monday, July 20, 2026, by way of the membership’s official web site.
“Following the expiry of his (Richard Ayiko) contract on the finish of final season, we at the moment are excited to announce that staff captain Richard Ayiko has signed a brand new two-year contract,” the assertion partly reads.
In the earlier marketing campaign, evergreen Ayiko performed 26 video games and managed to attain just one purpose. However, his management and loyalty to Lugazi make him an excellent participant.
According to the membership, Ayiko’s efficiency was instrumental within the membership’s promotion to the top-flight two years in the past. His management has ensured that the staff stays afloat within the Uganda Premier League.
