URA signal midfielder Elvis Ssekajugo

Uganda Revenue Authority Football Club (URA FC) has confirmed the signing of midfielder Elvis Ssekajugo from Express FC.

The Tax Collectors on Monday confirmed, the budding midfielder has joined them, placing pen to paper on a two-year deal.
